The first World Congress on Enforced Disappearances (WCED) will take place on 15 and 16 January 2025 in Geneva, Switzerland, at the CICG.
Participation is free of charge.
REGISTRATION
To participate in the WCED, all participants, including attendees, speakers, moderators and organisers must register via our website.

Please note that your personal data will be deleted by the end of March 2025. By registering for the Congress, you agree to allow your image rights to be used for photos, video and audio recordings, which will be produced and distributed solely for the purposes of the Congress and the programme reports.
IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE
Please note that, though mandatory, registration is for informational purposes only. Seat allocations at all events are made on a first come, first served basis. We therefore invite attendees to arrive on time. The programme will be available in October.
ONLINE MODALITIES
All events apart from workshops will be accessible online via Zoom. Attendees who registered for online participation will receive the links for each event by email as of Tuesday 14 January 2025. Please make sure to connect on time and to indicate your name and institutional affiliation.
PROGRAMME
The programme will be available on this website in October and will include an opening and a closing ceremonies, discussion panels and workshops.
INTERPRETATION
Interpretation will be provided in Arabic, English, French and Spanish in the plenary and in English, French and Spanish for roundtables.
